- An assistant that answers when you can't. It takes the job, town, name and number, and puts tree-on-the-house emergencies straight through to you.
- A heads-up on every call, even ones you answered, with who called and when.

What we need from you
Tonight- Website domain: invite adam@eastonautomations.com as a domain manager in Squarespace.
- IRS EIN letter (CP-575): a photo or PDF by email. This turns on texting.
- Maryland Licensed Tree Expert license and insurance certificate: photos by email, for Google ads.
- Google listing: add adam@eastonautomations.com as a Manager.
- QuickBooks: tell us if it's the online version or the desktop program.

Your new site goes live
A day or two after the domain invite- upperbayarborist.com switches to the new site. Your email keeps working the whole time.
- Your old page addresses point to the new pages, so Google and old links still land.
- Your business line switches over to your cell for good, and your login to the app arrives by email.

Texting turns on
About a week after we file with your EIN- Phone carriers approve your business for texting.
- Callers you miss get a text back from your business number.
- Happy customers get a text asking for a Google review.

Customer list and Google ads
As your documents come in- Your customers come over from QuickBooks into your app. Your books stay in QuickBooks.
- Google ads (Local Services): we build your profile and Google runs its license and background checks. Ads start on the budget you pick, and you pay Google per lead.
- Every ad call comes in on its own line, so your Monday report shows what the ads brought in.

Ongoing- A monthly report on your calls, website and Google results.
